The service here was amazing, with complimentary breakfasts and a great pool, and our recently renovated king room felt fresh and modern.

The rooms were newly decorated and well-appointed, and it was great to be able to open the windows. The free breakfast with a nice waffle maker was a nice touch. The staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating, they were able to settle any issues I had.

This place is super clean and the staff goes out of their way to help you out. It's in a cool old neighborhood which makes it feel cozy. The breakfast here is awesome with lots of tasty options to choose from. Checking in and out is a breeze and they even let you stay a little longer if you need to. Plus, you can park right here 🚗.

Everything was simply lovely. The breakfast deal was nice with rolls and a nice waffle maker, for instance. I was happy, the king room I booked came with iron and refrigerator, as for instance. The staff was genuinely helpful plus the location was comfy. John Wayne airport was hardly 15 minutes away by car.

This place is highly recommended for an excellent stay with wheelchair accessible rooms, balconies, and a great breakfast, showing care for all guests.

modern and freshly renovated small hotel. Pool clean, but small. Staff very friendly and helpful. There is only one road between beach and hotel. The hotel offers FREE deckchairs, parasols and sand toys. The breakfast is typically American (meat, potatoes, eggs, waffles, bagels etc.) but very good. Parking spaces are subject to a charge, but are sufficiently available. Rooms are large and clean. We had the room with the most splendid view (could see the ocean between 2 houses).

The staff here were very helpful, the location was convenient, and it's just a short walk to a great dinner spot at Big Belly Deli.

Close to the beach, all clean and tidy. Pool small but ok. Breakfast American but ok. Next time I'd rather look for a place to stay in Huntington Beach.

Perfect location, to the dreamlike beach you only have to cross the main road. Newport Pier, on the other hand, is about three miles away. Our room was indeed to the back (with view to the parking place) but therefore very quiet.

The room was clean but the furniture is a bit old and smelly (but it seemed as if the hotel was undergoing a general overhaul). Breakfast room was a bit small for the number of people staying there.

The hotel is located about 15 to 20 minutes by car from downtown Newport Beach. The breakfast was taken on disposable plastic dishes. The choice at the breakfast buffet was very limited, the coffee was inedible.
